No to Spiral of Silence, Yes to Amplifying Voices

"It's easy to be human therefore; It's hard to become human" I know this may sound cliché but, it is still difficult to be one. People have different perspectives, perceptions, and insights regarding certain things. The way of thinking, the use of knowledge and wisdom and how we apply it as a human being. We only have two kinds of human. The good one and the bad one, it's a matter of choice which one will we take. Sometimes people choose to be bad or make unethical actions in order to protect, provide, and to secure the future and safety of their loved ones. Thus, it actively demonstrates that we are just human and we aren't perfect. Yet, This is extremely Mchiavellian. I don't encourage everyone to possess the so-called "The end justifies the mean" it is not absolute, it violates the divine law unless you believe to the fallen angel of God, named Lucifer. However, To be human is to be compassionate to your fellow beings whether you kn...

Just like the Kings and Queens, Princeton and Princesses, Dutch and Dutchess... Well, yeah. Because I did. Never have I ever thought about venturing into other towns or cities. Never have I ever thought of staying in another place cause I used to be on my own, As I thought I was growing but it's kinda stagnant as the water in the lake calms as it is. However, things don't just revolve around there, there is something that we need to go out of our comfort zone for us to know more about ourselves. Never have I ever thought about falling in love with the place where I call it home, my city, and my safe space- Iloilo City... This place has influenced me a lot in terms of being independent, being away from my family has taught me to be my whole self, taught me a lot in terms of accepting rejections, and of course, budgeting my allowance just to reach the threshold of the month- the groceries, school expenses, and the social life. It is, however, hard for me to adjust at first because I came from a barrio, and life in the city is way different. I adjust in everything that I do...

'BANWA KO, PALANGGA KO' , an Aklanon vernacular meaning "I love my hometown". It is definitely true that you really can't leave your hometown even you spent years outside the country for work and for chasing your future at the edge of the world. However, it will still chase you from wherever you are and would literally cause you homesickness, I know most of the people will agree with me. And that means, even you spent years there you will probably be missing your home, your real home. My teacher will always remind us to always go back to our grassroots because we will not be the person of today without them. The origin of Libacao, on the other hand, Let me share with you the link that I have posted on Facebook, it is actually one of our requirements in Knowledge Management subject and fortunately, I can use it here to further support my blog. It contains the brief history of "Bueagaw" and later was named Libacao. Enjoy the video to find out and ...
